Staybridge Suites Guadalajara Novena by IHG

We stayed in a suite that was well laid out. The king bed was comfortable. The room was very clean and included all the amenities as advertised and the kitchen was well equipped. The breakfast was very good. The location of this hotel was great, it was very close to many attractions and restaurants; the area is very safe. I would definitely return to this property.

This is particularly convenient for guests who prefer to prepare their own meals. Additionally, the hotel provides complimentary breakfast, which is a thoughtful inclusion. However, there are a few areas where improvement is needed. The breakfast menu remains the same every day, which can become monotonous, especially for guests staying for longer periods. It would be great if the hotel introduced some variety to keep things interesting. Similarly, in the evening, they offer free drinks and snacks, which is a nice touch, but the options are quite limited and repetitive, similar to breakfast. Overall, Staybridge is a comfortable and well-maintained hotel with helpful staff and excellent facilities for long stays. With a little more variety in their food offerings, it could be an even better experience for guests. I would recommend it to those looking for a long-term stay with self-catering options.

I have been in different hotels in Guadalajara but this stole my heart, everything was perfect, but the best part was the perfect breakfast (Mexican breakfast chilaquiles, huevos, pan de dulce, salad, juicy, coffee) anyway and the seasoning it’s amazing service was great and all people cared about me The laundry room is better than other hotels, there are 4 washing machines and driers and you don’t need to pay for them wow it was a nice experience 5 ⭐

Great hotel. Parking a bit challenging, having to drive our of the facility and around the block to park in a basement, for which you will have to pay. Included breakfast was delicious.

Nice hotel, suitable for long stays as they have rooms with simple kitchen and it also has laundry room and gym for its guests.

During this business trip to GDL of Mexico, the facilities and environment of this hotel were the best. It had a kitchen, refrigerator, oven, cooking utensils, and a free washing machine and dryer. I was impressed. The hotel provides snacks for guests to enjoy at the social evening reception from 17:30 to 19:30 every Tuesday to Thursday night. You can drink soda/beer/red wine/juice at will. The dining atmosphere is very chill, and the meals are all delicious. Not bad, I was very full, and unexpectedly found that the red wine tasted very smooth. If there is a improvement , it is that the floor I live on is on the fourth floor. Although it is close to the gym and laundry, there is loud music (maybe from a pub or something) that can be heard in the room. My colleagues which is living on higher floor (11th. & 15th), they are satisfied and have a greater city view than me. SAD, we pay same price.

I’m definitely giving 5 stars for accessibility! Everything is adapted for persons in wheelchair, have a shower chair, towels reaching level and even space under the sink and stove to “drive in” for easy access. Very inclusive! Besides the room is very clean and nicely decorated.
